Return & Refund policy
Artworks purchased from Westhetic are fully refundable within 14 days upon delivery. Custom products cannot be returned.
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, with the original packaging. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method and email the shipping details to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
When you return an artwork, use the protective thin paper and bubble wrap to wrap the artwork before putting it in the box. Close the box with tape.
You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you:
a) received your item
b) received the final item from one order with items delivered separately.
If you wish to return your order you must let us know within 14 days of reception. You have another 14 days to return the items. You cannot undo your purchase by only refusing to receive it, but must first inform us clearly at westhetic.shop@gmail.com. We then will share with you the return instructions.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you have received a faulty or damaged item. The return of the items and their condition are your responsibility until the moment we receive them back. We can’t refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that the refund is processed.
Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
