• After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Also no email in your spam folder? Send an email to westhetic.shop@gmail.com including your order number. We'll email you the tracking link of your shipment.

  • Returning or exchanging artworks is possible, but mailing them back can be a bit tricky. If you’re not satisfied with your artwork, please do not remove the original packaging and get in touch with us. We’ll connect with you to find the best solution.

    You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received your item.

    • 14-day return policy: You have 14 days to return an item, starting from the day you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

    • Arrangining the return: You are responsible for arranging the return shipping. Send us an email to westhetic.shop@gmail.com and we will send you the return instructions. Please ensure the item is neatly packaged and in the same condition as when you received it. If anything goes wrong during return shipping, you are responsible.

    • Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs depend on the size of the package and the country of origin.

    • Return conditions: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is used, damaged, or does not meet these requirements, I unfortunately cannot accept the return.

    It is not possible to return customized artworks.

  • We understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product, and are here to help! Follow these steps to report the problem:

    When reporting the damaged product (within 7 days of receiving the item), please provide the following information:

    • A description of the problem.

    • Details of how the order was packaged.

    • Photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (exterior of the package and the contents).

    Including clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is essential for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the problem with our product and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.
